  • Created and facilitated “Brilliant Ideas” strategic planning session for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma in May 2017
  • Facilitated collaborative and inclusive one-day strategic planning retreat to craft a dynamic mission statement for Mvskoke Arts Association in May 2016

  • Facilitated collaborative and inclusive one-day trustee meeting to develop dynamic organizational commitment statements (purpose, mission, core values and vision) for Mensa Foundation in May 2015
  • Facilitated comprehensive strategic planning process for LIFE Senior Services from completion of its external assessment to development of its plan goals and objectives in 2009
  • Facilitated two collaborative and inclusive planning sessions for North Tulsa Community Coalition to craft a new mission statement and strategic goals in February/March 2019
  • From 2012 through 2014, facilitated comprehensive strategic planning process for 12 & 12, Inc. including board assessment and development, and crafting new organizational commitment statements (purpose, mission, vision, philosophy of care and core values)
  • In 2009 and 2013, facilitated comprehensive strategic planning processes for Tulsa School of Arts & Sciences (TSAS) including documentation of its profile and history, crafting its brand commitment statements, and development of its plan goals and objectives
  • In 2012 and 2014, facilitated strategic planning retreats for Morton Comprehensive Health Services board and executive staff
  • In 2015, facilitated two sessions for board and staff members to collaboratively and inclusively complete a SWOT Analysis and craft a vision statement for Neighbors Along The Line
