• Created and presented an interactive two-hour in-person workshop – Five Strategies for Disrupting Your Unconscious Biases – for Pioneer Technology Center, Business & Industry Services in Ponca City, Oklahoma on February 28, 2023
• Created and facilitated an interactive 1.5 hour in-person workshop – Meeting Culture Matters: Strengthen Your Workplace Relationships with Inclusive Meetings – at the Geospace Environment Modeling (GEM) Summer Workshop sponsored by the National Science Foundation in San Diego, CA on June 14, 2023
• In November 2021, created and facilitated a board planning retreat for the Children and Nature Network (C&NN) board that accomplished the following objectives:
  • Presented C&NN’s BoardSource Survey results highlighting strengths and weakness, opportunities, and threats.
  • Highlighted opportunities for C&NN’s board growth and development based on effective governance practices for similarly situated organizations and alignment with C&NN’s Vision 2025.
  • Provide information and framework for establishing goals for C&NN’s board work in 2022 and beyond.
• Created and facilitated ten-hour (five two-hour sessions) Words Matter and Disrupting Unconscious Bias in Your Workplace virtual workshop series for Hospice of Green Country staff and board members from December 2020 through June 2021.
• Created and facilitated ten-hour (five two-hour sessions) Words Matter and Disrupting Unconscious Bias in Your Workplace virtual workshop series for Educare – Kendall-Whittier staff from January through March 2021.
• Customized and facilitated ten-hour (five two-hour sessions) Words Matter and Disrupting Unconscious Bias in Your Workplace virtual workshop series for CAE USA Human Resources staff in October & November 2020.
• Created and facilitated twelve-hour (six two-hour sessions) Team Building, Words Matter, and Disrupting Unconscious Bias in Your Workplace virtual workshop series for YWCA Tulsa staff leadership team in September & October 2020.
• Created and facilitated eight-hour (four two-hour sessions) virtual Disrupting Unconscious Bias in Your Workplace workshop for Oklahoma Public School Resource Center staff in July 2020
• Created and facilitated six-hour Effective Peer-to-Peer Feedback Techniques workshop for NALA: The Paralegal Association’s staff in July 2018
