Organizational Development Projects
- Assessed and developed recommendations to strengthen Youth Services of Tulsa’s Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) program in 2008
- Assessed Philbrook Museum of Arts’ Second Saturdays program through on-site visits, participant surveys, and focus groups to formulate recommendations for improvements in support of its IMLS-funded Museums for America grant from 2012 through 2015
- Facilitated establishment of Historic Greenwood District Main Street through development of its bylaws, board member job description and application form, articles of incorporation, operating agreement with the Tulsa Planning Office, and executive director job description in May 2020
- Facilitated Rotary Club of Tulsa – 2014 Camp Enterprise program assessment through camper and volunteer surveys
- Provided consulting services to develop, strengthen and support completion of Arts Alliance Tulsa’s first united fundraising campaign including special event evaluations in 2016
- During 2022 and 2023, guided development of ProsperOK Community Investment Committee’s (CIC’s) community-directed grantmaking process by:
- Defining the CIC’s focus and how membership and grantmaking would work.
- Building trust and productive working relationships with CIC members.
- Facilitating the CIC through two cycles of grantmaking decisions including preparing applications and procedures for organizations requesting grants and application review process and decision-making criteria for CIC members.
