Strategic Planning Projects

• Facilitated collaborative and inclusive one-day strategic planning retreat, focused on crafting organizational commitment statements, for board and staff of Be Well Community Development Corporation in Tulsa, OK on September 21, 2024
• Throughout 2023 and 2024, co-facilitated comprehensive, collaborative, and inclusive strategic planning process for Tulsa Health Department (THD). During the planning process:
  • Facilitated employee listening sessions 
  • Worked with planning committee to craft new mission, vision, and core values statements, identify strategic priorities and goals, and develop SMARTIE objectives to achieve strategic goals.
  • Independently facilitated employee feedback sessions to refine draft plan.
  • After plan adoption, independently facilitated 15 two-hour training sessions to provide an opportunity for all THD employees to learn about the planning process, and the how the new mission, vision, core values, strategic goals, and objectives will guide and support their work over the next five years.
• During 2022 and 2023, facilitated a comprehensive strategic planning process for Greenwood Cultural Center including completing a board assessment, crafting new organizational commitment statements (purpose, mission, vision, and core values), and developing strategic goals and objectives
• Crafted and co-presented Attribute Checklists: Crafting Dynamic Mission and Vision Statements webinar for BoardSource in November 2014
• Created and facilitated “Brilliant Ideas” strategic planning session for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma in May 2017
• Facilitated collaborative and inclusive one-day strategic planning retreat to craft a dynamic mission statement for Mvskoke Arts Association in May 2016
• Facilitated collaborative and inclusive one-day trustee meeting to identify critical issues and craft strategic goals to address the critical issues for Mensa Foundation in October 2015
• Facilitated collaborative and inclusive one-day trustee meeting to develop dynamic organizational commitment statements (purpose, mission, core values and vision) for Mensa Foundation in May 2015
• Facilitated comprehensive strategic planning process for LIFE Senior Services from completion of its external assessment to development of its plan goals and objectives in 2009
• Facilitated two collaborative and inclusive planning sessions for North Tulsa Community Coalition to craft a new mission statement and strategic goals in February/March 2019
• From 2012 through 2014, facilitated comprehensive strategic planning process for 12 & 12, Inc. including board assessment and development, and crafting new organizational commitment statements (purpose, mission, vision, philosophy of care and core values)
• In 2009 and 2013, facilitated comprehensive strategic planning processes for Tulsa School of Arts & Sciences (TSAS) including documentation of its profile and history, crafting its brand commitment statements, and development of its plan goals and objectives
• In 2012 and 2014, facilitated strategic planning retreats for Morton Comprehensive Health Services board and executive staff
• In 2015, facilitated two sessions for board and staff members to collaboratively and inclusively complete a SWOT Analysis and craft a vision statement for Neighbors Along The Line
